Getting to know the items in your candle will not only help you to focus your energies when you use them but also allows you to go beyond the suggested use. When you are aware of the energies and associations the crystals and herbs have, you may focus on one or several of the items in the candle through meditation and visualization to bring forth that specific energy. This allows you to use the candle for any purpose within the realm I have created for you. This allows you to truly focus your candle on your intent.
Obsidian Helps alleviate pain, reduces tension and releases energy. It accelerates the healing of wounds (including the heart, mind and soul). It is used to treat trauma, shock and anxiety. In the stone age Obsidian was used to make weapons and blades (good for fighting your inner battles).

Kyanite promotes the ability to speak easily and express oneself and to learn languages. Removes entergy blockages and stimulates vital energy. It produces positive energy, sharpens the concentration and encourages calmness. It relaxes and drives away sadness and makes life seem more worth living.

Amethyst is the perfect crystal for bringing more spiritual luck into your life. It stimulates the crown chakra and the third eye chakra, which are the two spiritual chakras. By helping us connect to higher consciousness and open our intuition, we can feel guided in our lives, which will produce luckier results. Amethyst is so versatile that it is one of the best crystals for good luck in all areas of our lives, including love, wealth, sleep, stress relief, and general wellbeing.

Bay Leaves (Bay Laurel) for visions, clairvoyance and wisdom. Bay is used for its properties of purification and protection. It is used in consecrating things, dispelling negative entities and energies, spell breaking, and protection against negative magic. When placed in the corners of a home it will protect all who dwell there, and it can be burned to achieve the same effect.
Lavender's association with love extends from Cleopatra to modern times. Tutankhamun’s tomb contained traces of still-fragrant lavender, and it’s said Cleopatra used lavender to seduce Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. In magic, lavender was most often used for protection. It was said to drive off the evil eye and chase away demons and evil spirits. At Midsummer’s Eve, it was a component in the blend used to summon faeries, brownies, and elves. It is also used in various spells, amulets, and charms to attract love. It is a gentle lover that calms the mind and allows us to open up.

Mugwart also known as a psychic/lunar herb, is said to enhance divination and psychic dreaming. It is purported to have protective properties. In European folklore, Mugwort shields against injury, fatigue, and poisons. In modern magic, mugwort’s main use is for psychic visions and prophetic dreams.
A beautiful glass jar presentation. Snuff with the metal lid if needed. It is not recommended to blow out your candle. Blowing is thought to put the two elements of air and fire against each other which can disrupt the energies within your space.
Sometimes certain crystals and herbs are not available. The listed are just examples of possible crystals that may be present in your candle (mostly they will all be included and noted if not). We choose the best crystals and herbs to adorn your candle according to the intention of the candle and what is currently available. Many of the herbs are grown by me in my magickal garden or locally by a friends.
